Riverhouse adheres to the National Alliance for Recovery Residences standards (NARR) and the Louisiana Association of Recovery Residences (LARR) Code of Ethics. We understand that we are capable of mistakes and Riverhouse does not take complaints lightly. We would like to resolve any issues you have with our home before a formal grievance is submitted to LARR.

If you are a stakeholder of any kind (residents, family, neighbors, staff or therapist) you may file a grievance with Riverhouse directly on the LARR website. Please keep in mind that submitting a LARR grievance is NOT a general complaint form. If you have evidence that Riverhouse is not following the NARR standards or the LARR code of ethics please continue with the grievance submission.
